Microblading is a tattooing technique in which a small handheld tool made up of several tiny needles is used to add permanent pigment to the skin.
Microblading differs from standard eyebrow tattooing because each hair stroke is created by hand, producing a thin, natural-looking line that blends in with existing eyebrow hair, whereas, with eyebrow tattoos, it is still done with a machine and needle, often producing thicker, less natural lines that tend to expand over time.
It is typically used on eyebrows to either create, enhance or reshape the appearance of eyebrows.
Microblading deposits pigment into the upper region of the dermis, so it fades more rapidly than traditional tattooing techniques, which deposit pigment deeper into the dermis.
Results will vary from person to person depending on skin type and colour retention, see our policy. Individuals will require 2 sessions to perfect their brows. This will ensure that any spots that may have scabbed off, or any imperfections are corrected.
We include a free touch up appointment 6-8 weeks after the initial treatment.
Microbladed brows are a great option for those who have thin or no eyebrows, but it can also benefit those who already have full brows but still need to fill in sparse areas daily. Additionally, microblading is great for anyone who would like to perfect their brow shape. It can be as drastic or as subtle of a transformation as you wish.
